Bambu Garden: Authentic Chinese Cuisine in Roseville, CA

I’ve tasted Chinese food in Vegas, LA, San Fran, Tokyo, and Taipei before. No joke, this restaurant has the BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had. The menu is large and diverse, with some of the freshest chicken, beef, and veggies I’ve ever had. Generous, hearty portions. Great prices. It’s authentic to genuinely present some of the best dishes of Chinese culture, but suitable enough for American and other diverse palettes. Every dish melts in your mouth. My goal is eventually try every dish on the menu. There’s a reason this place has been open for 20+ years!! A hidden gem of Chinese food in Roseville and the Greater Sacramento area. I almost didn’t want to write this review so I can gate keep this amazing place, but they deserve 10 stars.

We ordered food for 37 people for a large gathering to watch the football game at a home in Rocklin, and we were not disappointed. We ended up getting 2 trays of appetizers (1 each of egg rolls and pot stickers), 1 tray of chow mein, and 3 trays of dishes (1 each of sesame chicken, sweet n sour pork, and mongolian beef). This ended up being the perfect amount of food for our group, though we did make our own white rice (6 cups) to go with it. The Sweet n Sour Pork was the biggest hit, but we enjoyed them all.

Visited on a weekday evening after work in Roseville. Order was ready quickly, portions were generous, and the staff handled a steady flow of customers efficiently. Kung pao chicken had clear flavors, vegetables were crisp, and the rice was properly cooked. Dining area was clean and well organized. Overall experience: dependable, consistent Chinese food with solid execution.

Absolutely delicious Chinese food with authentic flavors and generous portions! The service was friendly, and the dishes came out hot and fresh. Highly recommend the Garlic Green Bean and Shrimp Chow Mei , it was outstanding. Definitely coming back!

Very solid Chinese restaurant that offers a good selection of lunch specials. The lunch includes salad, soup, a large egg roll, an entree and choice of rice. Mongolian beef was very tasty and the lemon chicken was made just right. Soup choices for lunch were egg flower or hot and sour soup.

Delicious honey walnut shrimp and amazing chow mein. This is the best Chinese food in roseville. We got take out and the service was wonderful and quick.

Food was delicious and very hot. Ordered the spicy garlic chicken, had not heat but was delicious. Service was not the greatest, server forgot to put in the appetizers and we were almost done when we finally got it. Took it togo.

This was my first time here. I saw that they had good reviews and they were accurate. I'll start with the decor. Everything is clean and classy and very comfortable. Our waiter (V) was very attentive and was always on top of what we needed. The food was amazing. The imperial rolls are light and crispy. The fried rice was just the right amount sticky without being clumpy. The tofu (yes tofu) was the perfect consistency. It was light and crispy on the outside and had a creamy texture and not too dense. The general chicken had some heat to it but not too much to ruin the flavors. Even the tea (oolong this time - but there's 3 options) was delicious. I will definitely put this on a short list for spots to hit when I'm driving through. Very impressed!
